Aviation Colleagues:
A hearing was held on February 14th for SB 930 and SB 947. These are virtually identifical bills except one calls for removing the cap completely on the State Aviation Trust Fund and one increases the cap from $6 million to $12 million. The hearing was held in front of the Senate Governmental Accountability and Fiscal Oversight Committee. Those testifying in favor of the bill(s) included:
