27 members and guests attended the September 2nd meeting of the Heartland chapter of the Missouri Pilots Association. The meeting was a regular meeting at Shoney's in Rolla.

The program for the evening was a video on Bob Hoover performing aerobatics in a Shrike Commander and a P51.

The current plan is for the October 7th meeting to be at Shoney's. Erhardht Aviation Insurance Agency will be here talking about the state of the aviation insurance industry and what we can expect.

There are plans in the works to have a Young Eagles Day/Airport Day at Fort Leonard Wood (TBN) on October 4th.

The state MPA poker run is scheduled to be on September 27th, starting at Jeff City, and flying to Meximo, Hannibal, Kirksville, and Marshall.
