November 10, Saturday - Grand Glaize Airport Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. Lunch at
11:30 at Kenilworth's House (end of runway) and Attention: ladies Christmas shopping. President Morris of Lake
of the Ozark Chapter will provide transportation.
November 17, Saturday - Independence, Mo. Landing @ 9:00am Yes the runway is still open, watch out for some
chug holes at the south tip of the runway. The breakfast is terrific. It is due to be destroyed in February is
lets say bye to an old friend.
December 1-2 - Anyone interested in a Branson Christmas on the date please call me and I will try for reservations.

January 26, Saturday - Iowa Aviation Museum's 5th Fly-In, Greenfield, IA. (Landing @ 12:00 noon) They have
a nice small air museum (on the field) and those guys

November 14 — Chuck Zuvers will talk about the Flying Fez, the flying unit of the Ararat Shrine that transports
burn victims to hospitals at no charge.
January 23, 2002 — Mr. Lee Lamar was a B-24 bomber pilot during the 2nd WW and was shot down over Italy.
He was captured and spent the rest of the war as a P.O.W. He will tell about his experiences and will have some
artifacts to display. Should be very interesting.

November 14, 2001 Thanksgiving Dinner will be at Jumpin Catfish, Lee's Summit MO, off of 50 Hwy on SW Blue
Pkwy. When you inter Jumpin Catfish tell them you are with the MPA Group and they will escort you to our room.
Make your dinner reservations with JUNE WILLIAMS AFTER NOON AT 816-224-3241. Social from 6:00 to 6:30 pm—Dinner
at 6:30 to 9:00. Cost is $12.00 per person. Please pay Marty Young as you inter the room. THERE WILL BE NO PERMANENT
RESERVATION LIST FOR THIS NIGHT ONLY. Our menu will be a choice of: Two Chicken, Two Catfish, Chicken Fried Stake
or Butterfly Shrimp.
December 12th Christmas MPA Dinner will be at V's Italiano Restaurant, 40 Hwy, Independence MO. Make your
