Wings Program with Fred Harms of St Louis FSDO as our guest speaker. Fred will
update us on what's new at the FAA and then do the honors of presenting the St Louis Chapter Wings Certificates
to those members who have received their FAA Certificates and Wings Pins during the past year. We will be meeting
at the Greenbriar Country Club on Big Bend Boulevard, just west up the hill off I-270. Reservations are required.
