Wednesday, October 5th

Our guest speaker for the October meeting will be Dennis Bampton of St. Charles Flying Service. As you know, St. Charles Flying Service has been relocated to St. Charles County Airport - Smartt Field after St. Charles Muni closed on June 30th. (the airport has been dismantled and turned into farm land.) Dennis has operated the FBO along with Flight School and maintenance operation for almost 40 years! He will share with us some of his experiences and insight since coming to St. Charles Flying Service. Plus the challenges of moving the operation to Smartt Field. Sounds interesting! Don't miss it!

Our meeting will be held at Sunset Lakes Banquet Center, 13366 W. Watson Road, Sappington, MO 63127. Our private room opens at 6 PM with dinner ($18 per person) being served at 7:00 PM.

The presentation will begin about 8:00 PM. Sunset Lakes Banquet Center can easily be found by taking I-270 to Gravois Road (MO Hwy 30) then west toward Fenton for approximately 2 miles, turn right onto West Watson Road and watch for the Sunset Lakes sign on the right side. We would love to have you join us!
